My story
Why I do this work
My path to this work started early. I lost a parent when I was six and grew up in a home affected by addiction. As a child, I was prescribed several psychiatric medications, and no one looked at what was driving my symptoms or how everything I had been through was affecting my body and mind.
Healing myself took years. It's the reason I approach every client with curiosity and empathy.
I've explored many healing modalities and perspectives over the years, and I've learned that effective healing takes time and requires an integrative approach. Lasting health comes from building a foundation across the interconnected systems of the body, including the biological, ancestral, and emotional patterns that influence it.
Through both personal and professional experience, I've learned that our bodies communicate through symptoms. When we listen to those signals and treat them as information, we open the door to deep healing.
I've created a practice where my clients feel safe bringing their whole selves: their physical symptoms, emotional experiences, and intuitive insights. I have helped hundreds of women overcome their health challenges through whole-person care, and I truly love what I do.
